  • First of all, we want to stress that our site is SECURE. If you use our Shopping Cart by clicking any of the Order Now buttons next to each offering, the invoicing will lead you to a secure site when it is time to give your credit card. This Shopping Cart is an easy way to order and works well for most customers.

Notes on using our Shopping Cart!

Is Your Cart Working

If your are worried about whether the Shopping Card is working for you, you can easily and quickly check this by entering an item and doing the next step. If you are placing items into your cart, but they are not staying in your cart, then your browser may be rejecting cookies. To find out if your browser is rejecting cookies, place an item in your cart from anywhere on the site, and then click on the update quantity button. If your browser does not have cookies enabled, then you will be redirected to a page with an error message. If you get this message or notice that you have placed several items in the Shopping Cart and only one item is showing up, then you need to reset your computer to accept cookies in your browser's Preferences Section. You need to enable cookies on your browser to use our Shopping Cart feature. If you do not want to do this or the Cart still does not work (very rarely) after you reset the cookies, you can always use our alternate Invoicer located at the top of each catalogue page where is says "Fill in Online Order Form." This is an older ordering method which always works but is a bit slower. You have to fill in the stock numbers yourself in this form.   • Just below this Navigation Bar, one of the buttons provides is a Button for you if you cannot get the new SHOPPING CART to work on your computer system. The button is labelled Fill in Online Order Form. This invoice form is actually our older online ordering method. The first button in this area is Check on Status of Shopping Cart. This button will bring up your "Shopping Cart" Entries for review. The middle button is Search Our Offerings Click Here Now. This is a quick search page, if you are having problems finding a particular plant on our website.

  • Next, we often get questions about size of plants and shipping times and policies. At the top of practically every page is a Navigation Bar with four Buttons. See just below. Look for this on all our catalogue pages.

  • The first Button says "Inquire About Your Order." You can track Fedex Orders after they are shipped here or you can email us and inquire about the Status of your Order. The second Button says "Common Names." Here you can find the common name of the plant you want and see what the scientific name for that plant is. The third Button says "Plant Codes." This is a brief explanation of some of the abbreviations we use after our plant entries. Finally, the fourthButton says "Shipping Policies." If you are interested in how long an order can take to get ready, how long to ship, size of plants and pots and other of our general polices, click on any of this button. All of the buttons produce popup windows, so you won't lose your place one our website!

    THE BEST WAY TO ORDER: OUR NEW SHOPPING CART

    You can use our new Shopping Cart by filling in the number of plants needed below
    and clicking on the "Order Now" button anywhere on our catalogue pages to the left of the plant entry. Our new Shopping Cart is the easiest way to order. After you have ordered your last selection, just follow the directions on the Shopping Cart page. You can order this way from any of our catalogue pages, wherever you see the "Order Now" button. If the Shopping Cart does not work, just click the "Fill In the Online Orderform" button above.

    You have to type in the names and stocknumbers of the items you want into the forms given. Not as quick as our new Shopping Cart but it works. Unlike the newer Shopping Cart it is not secure. We still recommend that you press the "Order Now" Button on each page next to the item entry and the resulting shopping invoice will be secure at the point you give your credit card. The reason for the older invoice form is that some computers are configured for "no cookies" or have "'Java" turned off. Either of these situations can cause problems.

  • Finally, you always have our own Search Engine at the top of this page and every page, once you know what you want or are not sure how to get there. Use it. For those of you who like GOOGLE we have a Google Search at the bottom of this page and several other key pages.
